1. Who we are
RankPulse is a service operated by vFFiliate LLC (“RankPulse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 1065 SW 8th St #2456, Miami, Florida 33130, United States. This Privacy Policy applies to rankpulse.us, the RankPulse application, and related support communications.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account information, including your email address and authentication details.
- Workspace information, including organization name, team invitations, projects, websites, keywords, target countries, and device selections.
- Billing information. Payment-card details are collected and processed by Stripe; RankPulse receives identifiers, subscription status, plan, and related billing metadata rather than complete card numbers.
- Support and contact information, including your name, email address, subject, and message.
Information collected automatically
- Basic request and security data such as IP address, browser or device type, timestamps, authentication events, and error logs.
- Product activity such as checks requested, job status, provider usage, and administrative audit events.
- Cookies or local storage required to maintain authenticated sessions and protect the service.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure RankPulse; authenticate users; process rank checks; display history; manage subscriptions; enforce plan limits; respond to support requests; diagnose failures; prevent abuse; communicate service or policy changes; and comply with legal obligations.
4. Search and website data
Keywords, target hostnames, countries, and device choices are sent to our search-results provider to perform requested ranking checks. Results may include a matched ranking URL and provider request identifier. Do not submit confidential information as a keyword or project hostname.
5. Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers to operate RankPulse, including Supabase for database and authentication services, Stripe for billing, SerpApi for search-result data, and Hostinger for application hosting. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, complete a corporate transaction, or act with your direction.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not use customer keywords or ranking history for third-party targeted advertising.
6. Retention
We retain account and workspace data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backup, security, dispute resolution, and legal purposes. Rank history may be retained as part of the service record. Support messages, audit logs, and transaction records may be retained longer when needed for legitimate business or legal obligations.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including access controls, tenant isolation, protected server credentials, and encrypted network transport. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining control of your email account and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
8. Your choices and privacy requests
You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information associated with your account, subject to identity verification and legal exceptions. You may also object to or request limits on certain processing where applicable. Submit a request to support@rankpulse.us. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line.
9. International use
RankPulse is operated from the United States. If you access the service elsewhere, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate.
10. Children
RankPulse is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child provided information to the service.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service, providers, or law. We will post the revised policy with an updated date and provide additional notice when appropriate.
